Any advice on this would really be appreciated

So if I were to buy an NFT which has a physical item attached within the contact. Then I sell the NFT on do I keep that physical object since it’s a one of one item which can’t be replicated to the person who buys the NFT off of me. Is that still part of the contract? Really appreciate all and any answers to this.
