What are the Prime Ape Planet NFTs about?
In essence, Prime Ape Planet is a collection of 3D avatar NFTs representing apes. Their debut drop of 7,979 collectibles launched in December 2021 – and it was an instant hit. In fact, the Prime Kong NFT collection sold out in just two minutes amassing over 4.9K ETH in trading volume.
After all, this project has what it takes to become successful. The NFT collection is divided into three categories: Prime Kong, Prime Ape, and Infected Prime Ape NFTs.
Starting June 16th at 11 a.m. EST, the founding team officially launches Staking too. This means that each Prime Ape NFT holder will be able to stake their NFTs to receive token rewards. Next, you can use tokens to get the following perks:
- Whitelist spots;
- Exclusive merch;
- Access to the project’s Play-to-Earn game;
- Voting rights on the Prime Ape Planet DAO.
In addition, holders can also swap to ETH for liquidity cash back.
This new feature only adds to the overall value of the project and its Metaverse utility. Of course, this is just the beginning, as the team’s roadmap has plenty of exciting things ahead!
Meet the team behind the project
A team of talented artists joined forces to create the Prime Ape Planet: Kurtis Dawe and Travis Smith.
Notably, Kurtis Dawe has been working for over a decade in visual arts in Hollywood. Meanwhile, Travis Smith is specialized in animation textures and rendering.
All in all, this powerful trio crafted an incredibly detailed collection of 3D ape artworks.
How can you join the community?
As we’ve previously mentioned, the debut Prime Ape Planet NFT collection sold out within minutes. However, you can still buy your own digital assets on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea. Now, remember: staking officially starts on June 16th, so the sooner you get an NFT, the more tokens you can receive!
