Best ways tho mint NFTs for cheap if I don’t plan on selling them ?

What I want to achieve :

\-Minting the same picture as NFTs (10 exemplaries would be more than enough for now)
\-As cheap as possible
\-I don’t want to sell them on a platform
\-I want to be able to give them to people, again in an inexpensive way

Any idea ?
