Amsterdam is all set to host Europe’s first metaverse festival, MET AMS this June. A first-of-its-kind metaverse festival, MET AMS aims to look at the metaverse through a cultural lens. In other words, you can expect some speak of tech, but mainly a slew of cultural and entertainment events.

MET AMS will offer the perfect platform for marketing, tech, and crypto professionals as well as artists, musicians, and fashion designers to network and attend various workshops. Plus, with several art routes, concerts, and immersive installations, this festival isn’t just for crypto experts!
In short, the festival will be a great opportunity for the attendees to get an insight into the metaverse aspects of art, music, fashion, and sustainability. In fact, the festival explores a range of topics including the metaverse’s impact on culture, education, and healthcare. Not to mention, they will explore diversity, inclusiveness, and privacy in Web3 too.
What’s on at Amsterdam’s First metaverse Festival?
Brands, musicians, and artists will showcase their own interpretations of the metaverse through immersive experiences. From digital art exhibitions and light shows to virtual and augmented reality experiences, there will be something for everyone to enjoy! The festival has also lined up keynotes, panels, talks, and workshops from over 100 thought leaders and brands.
Europe and The Metaverse

Remarkably, some of the biggest names in the Web3 space will be joining the MET AMS festival as speakers. The list includes The Sandbox, Boss Beauties’ founder Lisa Mayer, HAPE’s Matt and Ste, and Cyberkongz’s developer Sebastian Erasmus.
In addition, thought leaders, Zeneca and Krys Burnette will be present. Renowned artists such as Reuben Wu, Laya Mathikshara, and Rik Oostenbroek are some of the other speakers.
How To Get MET AMS Tickets
You can now get your own regular and legendary tickets on the MET AMS website. Regular tickets cost €269 and grant access to; the opening event, two days of the festival, the art route and immersive experiences, plus, the closing party. Then, you will also get an NFT airdrop.
The early bird legendary tickets, on the other hand, costs €849. Along with the perks of the regular ticket, these tickets will get you access to an exclusive network dinner, exclusive side events, network events, and the legendary NFT airdrop.
Make sure to get your tickets before they are sold out! The four-day conference will kick off on June 14 and culminate on June 17. The events will take place in and around ‘de Gashouder’ on the Westergasterrein in Amsterdam.
