DeadFellaz NFT x Gilson Partner To Create 1:1 Snowboards x Skis

Deadfellaz is partnering with Gilson, one of the hottest brands in Snow Sports, for a one-of-a-kind collaboration. The partnership provides holders an opportunity to make 1-of-1 snowboards or skis from their own NFT artwork.

Founded by anonymous creators “Betty” and “Psych,” the collection has become one of the most notable female co-led projects on Web3. Now the NFT project is partnering with Gilson — one of the leading community and artist-driven snowboard and ski makers in the world.The collaboration, brokered by UTA, marks a significant milestone in NFT history­. Deadfellaz and Gilson will offer the production of 1-of-1 products linked to individual NFT assets in more than 10,000 collections.According to Betty: “We are excited to collaborate with Gilson – a brand we feel shares our focus on creativity and inclusivity – providing an opportunity for the Horde and the extended Web3 community to rep Deadfellaz on the mountain.”Nicholas Gilson also shares the same sentiments about the partnership. He said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Deadfellaz team on what is shaping up to be one of the coolest drops in NFT history. Regardless of whether you ride, ski, want to learn, or are collecting as an original art piece, we are pumped to bring your NFT custom to life.”The collab project is an example of an innovative shopping experience elevated through the use of NFTs. For instance, during checkout, there will be an NFT ownership verification.In addition, forging will feel more like a mint than a traditional eCommerce transaction. Basically, holders will only be able to forge with the NFTs they own.Lastly, Deadfellaz will accept ETH and fiat currencies as payment as it continues to reshape the commerce for luxury assets, fashion, and accessories.

During April 27-29, Deadfellaz, Deadfrenz, Halloween S1, and Betty Pop Horror collections holders can access and forge through a custom NFT-linked Snowboard or Skis for 0.32 ETH.Meanwhile, a universal Deadfellaz x Gilson snowboard and pair of skis option will also be available for sale for non-holders for 0.23 ETH during the same dates.About Deadfellaz:DeadFellaz is an Ethereum-based collection of 10,000 NFTs (ERC-721s) launched in August 2021. The co-founders are Betty, a co-director of a creative production agency, and Psych, the lead artist of the collection. Maddy Kenyon is the 3D lead artist of the project.The collection features more than 300 randomly generated traits and attributes. including mouth, eyes, head, and body grades. Much of the project’s popularity stems from the team’s activity and pursuit of ambitious milestones.
